Frequently Asked Questions

Does this cost anything?

No, this is 100% free to you.

If I submit my information, do I have to pay the debt?

No, there is no obligation to pay.  NDD is simply providing you with the information on what debts are out there for you.

Do you report to credit bureaus?

No. We do not report, look at or deal with the credit bureaus in any way.

Am I going to start getting a bunch of collection calls?

No, the information you submit will not be given to the collection agency unless you request it to be.

Are there any other sources that I can get information on my debt?

Credit reports are a source of information. It is voluntary for an agency to put debts on credit reports so some but not all may displayed.

This seems too simple, whats the catch?

No catch.  It really is that simple.  NDD strives to change the way collections are handled.  Many people just don't know that they have a debt.  We aim to remedy that.

How does NDD get the information about the debt?

We go to as many legitimate collection agencies as we can to offer this service to them.  Agencies have a job to do just like you.  They want to make it as simple and straight forward as we do.

How is my information stored?

Your information IS NOT stored in anyway unless you subscribe to be notified when/if NDD see a debt for you in the future.
